Mesirtoto Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the individual player and mesirtoto concerning access to and use of the website, player account, casino games, live dealer services, sports betting markets, promotions and payment facilities. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using mesirtoto, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this agreement.

If you do not accept any clause, you must not register or continue using mesirtoto. Availability of the website does not constitute a representation that gambling is permitted in every jurisdiction.

2. Definitions

• “Player” means the person who registers and uses the Account.

3. Acceptance, Age and Account Eligibility

Mesirtoto services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, court order, self-exclusion arrangement or professional obligation.

Employees, contractors and persons directly involved in operating mesirtoto games or systems may not participate where such participation could create a conflict of interest. You may not register on behalf of another person, allow a minor to access your Account or use false personal information.

Mesirtoto may request a MyKad, passport, proof of address, payment statement or other reasonable documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in transaction delays, restricted access, suspension or account closure.

4. Account Registration and Security

Registration details must be complete, current and accurate. Your name must match the name on the bank account, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay or other payment method used. Only one mesirtoto Account is permitted per person unless written approval is provided in advance.

You must protect your username, password, verification codes and device access. Activity completed with valid credentials may be treated as authorised unless mesirtoto receives prompt notice of suspected compromise. Shared accounts are not permitted. If you believe another person knows your password, you must change it immediately and contact support.

Mesirtoto may apply two-factor authentication, risk checks, device reviews and temporary transaction holds where reasonably necessary to protect player funds or investigate unusual activity.

5. Terms of Use

The platform is provided solely for personal entertainment. You may access mesirtoto using a compatible browser or device, but you must not interfere with website availability, reverse-engineer software, scrape data, bypass geographical or security controls, or exploit technical errors.

Players are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection. A wager is accepted only when it is recorded by the relevant mesirtoto system and confirmed on the Account. A request displayed as pending is not necessarily accepted. Records maintained by the platform will be used to determine transaction time, wager details and settlement status, subject to correction of a clear technical or administrative error.

6. Deposits, Currency and Account Balances

Available methods, minimum amounts and processing times may vary according to maintenance, risk controls and provider availability.

Deposits are intended for genuine wagering activity. Mesirtoto is not a bank, remittance service or digital wallet. Attempts to deposit and withdraw funds without reasonable gameplay may trigger additional verification, return-to-source processing or account restrictions.

Account balances do not earn interest. Payment-provider charges, blockchain network fees or bank fees outside the control of mesirtoto may apply. Players must review the amount shown before confirming each transaction.

7. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Every mesirtoto bonus may have separate eligibility rules, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bets, expiry periods and withdrawal limits. Promotion-specific conditions form part of this agreement and must be reviewed before a bonus is accepted.

A wagering requirement such as X10, X15 or X20 means the relevant bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit where expressly stated, must be wagered the specified number of times before qualifying funds may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus subject to X15 wagering requires RM1,500 in eligible bets if the calculation applies only to the bonus.

Slots may contribute differently from baccarat, blackjack, roulette or other table games. Mesirtoto may cancel promotional credit and related winnings where a Player exceeds the maximum permitted bet, uses excluded games, creates duplicate accounts, coordinates play or otherwise abuses a promotion. Decisions will be based on transaction records and the applicable promotional rules.

8. Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests must be made to a verified method held in the Player's name. Where reasonably possible, funds may be returned through the same route used for deposit. Mesirtoto may request KYC, payment ownership or source-of-funds information before approving a withdrawal.

Advertised processing ranges are estimates rather than guarantees. Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX requests may process quickly after approval, but bank schedules, provider outages, incomplete verification and enhanced security checks can cause delays.

A withdrawal may be declined or returned for correction where recipient details are inaccurate, wagering requirements remain outstanding, account limits have been exceeded, the Account is under review or the selected method is unavailable. Mesirtoto will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the Player.

9. Sports Betting and Casino Settlement

9.1 Sports markets

Sports bets are settled according to the market description, accepted odds and official result recognised by mesirtoto. This applies to EPL football, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, tennis, basketball, esports and other offered events. Unless a market states otherwise, abandoned, postponed or rescheduled events may be voided or kept open according to the event-specific settlement rule.

9.2 Casino games

Casino and live dealer outcomes are determined by the applicable game system, random number generator or recorded live table result. Game interruptions will be reviewed using server records. Where a round was completed, the recorded result generally stands; where no valid result exists, the affected wager may be voided and returned.

9.3 Obvious errors

Mesirtoto may correct an obvious pricing, display, settlement or technical error. Winnings produced solely by a manifest error may be recalculated using the correct terms or the affected wager may be declared void.

10. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

Players must not engage in conduct that undermines fair play, platform security or legal compliance. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating duplicate, false or nominee accounts;
• Using another person's identity, bank account, e-wallet or cryptocurrency wallet without authority;
• Collusion, chip dumping, coordinated betting or manipulation of a market or game;
• Using bots, automated scripts, prohibited software or data-extraction tools;
• Exploiting latency, pricing mistakes, disconnections or technical vulnerabilities;
• Attempting money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse or unauthorised payment activity;
• Providing forged, altered or misleading verification documents; or
• Threatening or abusing staff, dealers, support agents or other players.

Where mesirtoto reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may investigate, restrict transactions, withhold disputed funds, cancel affected bets, request further evidence or close the Account. Undisputed legitimate funds will be handled in accordance with applicable verification and payment requirements.

11. Responsible Gambling

Mesirtoto is intended only for adults aged 21 and above who regard gambling as entertainment. Gambling should never be used to recover losses, pay debts or produce guaranteed income. Players should set a budget in MYR before depositing and should stop when that budget or a planned session time is reached.

12. Privacy, Personal Data and Communications

13. Intellectual Property

The mesirtoto name, visual identity, website design, text, graphics, software interfaces and compiled game catalogue are protected materials. Except for normal personal use of the platform, no content may be copied, republished, sold, modified, distributed or used to create a competing service without prior written permission.

Third-party games, sports data and payment names remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on mesirtoto does not grant the Player any ownership or licence beyond access required for ordinary platform use.

14. Suspension, Closure and Dormant Accounts

A Player may request Account closure through on-site support. Before closure, mesirtoto may complete pending verification and settle eligible balances. Closure does not remove obligations arising from earlier transactions, disputes, chargebacks or investigations.

Mesirtoto may suspend or close an Account for breach of these terms, security concerns, suspected fraud, self-exclusion, regulatory risk, prolonged inactivity or operational reasons. 15. Availability, Liability and Player Responsibility

Mesirtoto aims to maintain reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, device problems, payment-provider outages, cyber incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mesirtoto is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable services, personal betting decisions, loss of credentials or failure to follow these terms. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Players remain responsible for assessing each wager, checking the selected market, amount and odds, and maintaining control of their gambling expenditure. Previous results do not guarantee future outcomes.

16. Changes to These Terms

Mesirtoto may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect product changes, payment updates, security requirements, legal obligations or improved player protections. Material changes may be communicated through the website or Account notices.

The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Continued use of mesirtoto after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an update, you should stop using the platform and request Account closure.
